DigiOffice is the interface that a customer will install on their computer to store and organize their receipts. During the installation process customers are walked thru an easy to follow wizard based registration process that will allow them to synch with DigiWeb to download their receipts. DigiOffice comes in two versions. DigiOffice Basic and DigiOffice Pro.

A Windows application resides on the POS system exporting sales information to DigiServer on a scheduled basis. The application is designed to send purchase information to the centralized database (DigiServer). Customers are given a DigiPass, which is a membership card that is scanned at the time of a purchase to identify a purchase to a DigiReceipt customer. Companies that already have membership card programs can choose to link DigiPass Customer Identifications to their existing programs to allow customers to automatically link store cards to the DigiPass cards and vice versa.

Each participating company has installed a main DigiServer application and database. The developers of DigiReceipt understand the investment of database licensing and hardware is expensive to a company, and has worked hard to integrate with the most popular database technologies to allow companies to make use of database licensing that they already posses including Microsoft SQL Server 2000/20005, Oracle, and DB2.

DigiWeb is the web service that DigiOffice is preprogrammed to communicate with over the web, and download and synch customer receipts. Additionally this is the web service that DigiServer securely communicates with transferring receipt information for purchased customers have made. Information such as Credit Cards and other sensitive information will not be captured. Encryption and security is of the utmost importance, and DigiReceipt has worked diligently to implement high levels of security and will be providing updates to both the DigiServer, DigiPos, and DigiOffice tool to ensure the security of the DigiReceipt suite of tools.
